Products purchased on can be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery in accordance with the RETURNS POLICY below.

Apart from faulty products, products purchased on can be returned within fourteen (14) days with the condition that the goods are in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and tags still attached.

You shall be responsible for the return’s shipping costs unless we shipped a product that was incorrect or faulty.

Should a product returned to Kronos be faulty, but is found to be in working order, you will be charged for the cost of freight at our discretion.

You will also be charged a service fee for the testing of products.

Kronos will charge a reasonable fee should you return any goods for credit or exchange, which have been damaged while in your care.

Credits/Refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges.

Any disputes shall be judged under the laws of Malaysia.

Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for refunds to be processed.

b. Reason for Return

c. Request for Refund

We will respond within two (2) business days with confirmation of whether the products were bought from us and can be accepted for return.

Should you qualify for the Returns Policy outlined below, a Return Authorisation Number will be provided to you.

Once confirmation has been received on your end, kindly pack and deliver your purchased goods to:
